The Distance Learning Program is a low residency or no residency program ideal for self motivated, working or entrepreneurial youth who need a non-traditional avenue for high school graduation. The program has self paced courses that are tailored to the individual's unique circumstances. Weekly contact with teachers and scheduled video conferences help ensure progress toward graduation is being made.
Curriculum, projects, and competencies and deliverables are all developed with the student so that they can also drive their own learning and experiences. Admission is based on individual circumstances and requires an essay, recommendations, and individual interviews (distance or on site).
If your student is looking for classes tailored to their life and environment and are highly motivated to work hard feel free to contact our Distance Learning Coordinator, Sage Ahava, at 479-253-7888 to see if the Distance Learning Program is a good fit for you.
