The Arkansas Fish and Wildlife Conservation grant award has helped the
school with the solar equipment to run their recently donated Farm Bot. This will be an
integrated science and technology project where the students will learn about solar energy by creating the solar-powered irrigation system. This grant also provided tools, testing equipment and water collection systems to help the students learn about water and soil quality and conservation. Both our bee and garden and outdoor science teachers are already using the new field guides equipment and resources and cannot wait to get the Farm Bot up and running.
